Editor and Director, D.C. Metro based,
Ramsey grew up watching behind the scenes features on every DVD he could find and filming camcorder lightsaber fights with friends. This quickly led to taking community college and IB film courses while still in grade school.
A move to Rochester for film school led to on-set experience in Morocco, and an attraction to offbeat, sentimental stories of outcasts and the communities they build. Upon graduating with a sociology degree from University of Maryland, he developed a growing humanitarian and professional organization client base.
A winner of AUFF's coveted Best Action Short, he supports himself with nonfiction projects in the D.C. metro area, and regularly travels to Atlanta to direct shorts for collective Ajar Films. In his free time he is an obsessive cook, baker, and traditional archer.
